March 2, 2019: A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches from LC-39A at Kennedy Space Center at 2:49 A.M. EST, launching the first mission of NASA's Commercial Crew Program, Demo-1. Atop the Falcon 9 rocket was SpaceX's Crew Dragon vehicle which will soon deliver astronauts to the International Space Station.
